The Rehabilitation Counseling Association of Minnesota (RCAM) is pleased to announce the continuation of its long standing tradition of annually seeking nominations for the state's Counselor of the Year. This award honors a rehabilitation counselor who has made outstanding contributions to improve services or to make more effective, creative use of existing resources and methods for promoting employment and integration for individuals with disabilities.
