MASPPR Members--Call to Action

Re: Contacting State Senators and Representatives

There are two large issues for which all those in private, independent QRC work should be encouraging your elected representatives to address.

First is the large conflict of interest detrimental to injured workers created when insurance companies developed a wholly owned QRC firm subsidiary to provide services to injured workers.

Second is the current fee structure regulations for QRC services which are unjust and also detrimental to injured workers in Minnesota.

Please address the attached letter to your state Senator and State Representative with your signature at the bottom.  Please feel free to add information or a letter of your own stating the issues in the attached letter.

Thank you the MASPPR Board.
